BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION UPDATE

 

The election of the Baynard Park Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2020 during the annual meeting of the property owners of Baynard Park. 

 

Those residents who wish to be considered for a Director position on the board must complete a nomination form which must be submitted by Wednesday, October 7th, 2020 in order to be placed on the ballot. The nomination form is now online and once completed with the required information can be immediately submitted to the management company, ASM.

 

Baynard Park Association Board of Directors

(often referred to as the “POA Board”)

 

The Baynard Park Association “POA” Board

  • Is composed of 5 officers from Baynard Park

  • Establishes and oversees the budget for Baynard Park common areas such as the front entrance, gate house, and lagoons

  • Works with the property management company to enforce the Baynard Park bylaws, rules & regulations, covenants

  • Serves for 2 years with overlapping terms

 

Listed below are the current board members and the 2 open positions that will be available for those wishing to be considered. 

 

  • Paul Hoyte, President - OPEN – not running

  • Jim Rogers, Vice President OPEN – up for re-election

  • Susan Bonner, Secretary

  • Chris Goodman, Director

  • Gary Fejes, Treasurer
