Pursuant to the Amended and Restated By-Laws of Baynard Park Property Owners Association, Inc.:


PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Meeting of the Members of Baynard Park Property Owners Association, Inc. shall be held at the following date, time and place:


DATE:      November 19, 2020

TIME:      6:00 PM Meeting to Commence

PLACE:   Virtual Online Meeting

      (Sign-in instructions will be emailed to homeowners prior to the meeting.)


The purpose of this meeting will be for the following:


  1. To act upon the business of the Association,

  2. To review the Community's 2020 financial performance and accomplishments,

  3. To present 2021 Budget,

  4. To elect two (2) Members to the Board of Directors. The terms currently held by Paul Hoyte and Jim Rogers (who was completing the remaining term of Mark Harmon) are expiring. Jim Rogers has expressed an interest in continuing to serve our community.

  5. To discuss any old or new business, and

  6. To respond to Member questions.


Please remember that owners must be in good standing in order to vote. Enclosed you will find the candidate applications for the open board positions. All candidates have met the requirements to be elected. Per the Baynard Park By-Laws, you do not have to be recorded on the property's deed to be eligible to run for the Board of Directors. Section 5 2.18 the By-Laws state "Except for Declarant-appointed Directors, Directors must be Members or the parents, children or spouse of Members."


Due to COVID-19, to protect the health and safety of all property owners, we will hold the meeting virtually. Here are the options for completing your ballot:


  • Complete ballot online and submit for immediate processing

  • Complete ballot online and then PRINT the ballot to be mailed of faxed to ASM

  • Deliver the completed ballot that you received in the mail in person to ASM

We are requesting that everyone vote via proxy, as allowed under the Covenants.  In order to meet quorum to conduct association business, 20% of the property owners must be in attendance by proxy.
